Balmacneil Jock Trophy

This is believed to be oldest Beardie trophy extant. Originally presented to the Bon Accord Kennel Association by Mrs. Cameron Miller in the late 1920's or early 1930's, it was obtained from them by the Scottish Branch in 1974 upon provision of a substitute trophy.*

**    As can be seen this is the 8th successive year that Westernisles Wishanger Rough Grass has won this trophy, the last three posthumously. Amazingly, his winning total this year is almost twice that in 80/81. He has sired the winner of the Linnmill Qu'aich in every year except last year, when the winner was doubly his great-grandson.
